Meet the 12-Pack
Each sachet combines four prescription medicines in a honey base: sildenafil for peak strength, tadalafil for a response window of up to 36 hours, vardenafil for onset in as little as 15 minutes, and apomorphine, which works on the brain's arousal signals rather than blood flow alone.
Three strengths, one price
Sovren is prepared in three strengths (Base, Standard, Max), and your provider determines which is right for you after reviewing your intake. See the three strengths.
How to take
Take one dose by mouth, no more than once every 36 to 48 hours. After your intake, your provider gives you a recommendation tailored to you. On speed: the vardenafil in Sovren is the fastest-acting ingredient and can begin working in as little as 15 minutes, while the tadalafil extends your responsive window up to 36 hours. It can be taken with or without food, and erections still happen only when you're aroused.
Who should not take Sovren?
Sovren contains prescription medications, and like all medications they carry risks. The information below is important but not a complete list. Your clinician reviews your full health history and current medications before prescribing, which is why an honest, complete intake matters.
Do not take Sovren if you:
- Take any nitrate medication (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide, or recreational “poppers”), or a guanylate cyclase stimulator such as riociguat (Adempas). Combined with PDE5 inhibitors, these can cause a sudden, dangerous drop in blood pressure.
- Are allergic to sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, apomorphine, or any other ingredient in the formula.
Tell your provider during your intake if you:
- Have heart problems such as a prior heart attack, irregular heartbeat, angina, chest pain, narrowing of the aortic valve, or heart failure, or have had heart surgery recently
- Have pulmonary hypertension, have had a stroke, or have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Take an alpha-blocker (such as tamsulosin, doxazosin, terazosin, alfuzosin, silodosin, or prazosin) or any other blood pressure medication
- Take HIV protease inhibitors, certain antifungals (such as ketoconazole or itraconazole), or certain antibiotics (such as clarithromycin, erythromycin, or telithromycin)
- Take any other ED treatment or PDE5 inhibitor
- Have a condition that can cause prolonged erections, such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia, a deformed penis shape, or a prior erection lasting more than four hours
- Have retinitis pigmentosa or another hereditary retinal disorder, or have had sudden severe vision loss including a condition called NAION
- Have bleeding problems, stomach ulcers, liver problems, or kidney problems including dialysis
Potential side effects
Common side effects can include headache, flushing, nasal congestion or runny nose, indigestion or heartburn, back or muscle pain, dizziness, and, from the apomorphine component, nausea, yawning, drowsiness, or sweating.
Seek medical care right away if you experience:
- An erection lasting more than four hours, which can cause permanent damage if left untreated
- Sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, or sudden hearing loss or ringing in the ears
- Chest pain, severe dizziness, or fainting, especially during sex
- Signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing
A few general notes: do not exceed your prescribed dose or take more than one dose in a 36 to 48 hour period; limit alcohol, which can increase dizziness and blood-pressure effects; and Sovren does not protect against sexually transmitted infections, including HIV.

What's inside
A prescription honey pack that works on body and mind.
- Four doctor-prescribed active ingredients
- Works with or without food
- Has a pleasant taste
- Keeps you ready all weekend

Contains:
01VardenafilFast acting
The fastest-acting PDE5 inhibitor in the formula. Vardenafil begins working in as little as 15 minutes, giving Sovren its rapid onset edge over single-ingredient pills that take 30-60 minutes to activate.
02SildenafilMax hardness
The same active ingredient in Viagra®. Sildenafil delivers peak strength and rigidity by relaxing blood vessels and increasing circulation, ensuring maximum performance when it counts most.
03TadalafilLasts 36 hours
The same active ingredient in Cialis®, known for its 36-hour response window. Tadalafil keeps you ready throughout the weekend without re-dosing, removing the pressure of "timing" your moment.
04ApomorphineTriggers arousal
A dopamine receptor agonist that activates the brain's arousal pathways. Unlike PDE5 inhibitors that only affect blood flow, apomorphine triggers desire itself, helping bridge the gap between physical readiness and mental engagement.
05HoneyEnergy boost
Powerlifters are known to take a spoonful of honey before competing. The honey base gives you an energy boost to back up the formula when it matters most.
