About Sovren

A discreet telehealth platform built on clinical integrity, patient privacy, and individualized care.

Healthcare

Sovren was founded on a simple principle: men's health deserves the same clinical rigor, privacy, and respect as any other area of medicine. We are not a supplement brand, a food company, or a direct-to-consumer product marketplace.

We are a telehealth platform and pharmacy-fulfillment service that connects adult men with licensed clinicians for evaluation of erectile dysfunction and related health concerns.

Our commitment is to the patient — not to volume, not to conversion metrics, and not to marketing claims. Treatment is prescribed only where clinically appropriate.

Clinical Integrity at Every Step

Licensed Clinicians

All evaluations are conducted by licensed healthcare providers who make independent prescribing decisions based on clinical judgment.

Licensed Pharmacies

All medications are compounded and dispensed through licensed pharmacies that comply with applicable state and federal regulations.

Patient-Specific Care

No standardized treatments. Every prescription is individualized based on the patient's unique health profile.

Privacy & Discretion

From intake to delivery, patient privacy is protected through encryption, secure communications, and discreet fulfillment.

Sovren Is

  • A licensed telehealth platform

Safety & Medical Review

Your safety is the foundation of every clinical decision.

Eligibility & Screening

Your clinician evaluates your complete health history, current medications, and pre-existing conditions before making a prescribing decision. Not everyone is eligible.

Contraindications & Interactions

Certain medications — including nitrates and alpha-blockers — may be contraindicated with PDE5 inhibitors. Disclose all current medications, supplements, and health conditions during your intake.

Licensed Clinician Review

Every patient undergoes evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. No medication is dispensed without a valid prescription based on individualized clinical judgment.

Individualized Prescribing

Formulation, dosage, and delivery format are determined by your prescriber based on your unique health profile. There is no one-size-fits-all protocol.

Pharmacy Fulfillment

All compounded medications are prepared and dispensed through licensed pharmacies in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.

What Is Compounded Medication?

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies to meet patient-specific needs. They are not the same as FDA-approved finished drug products. The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs before they are dispensed.

All compounding is performed by licensed pharmacies in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations, including standards under Section 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

How Sovren Works

From intake to fulfillment, every step is guided by licensed healthcare professionals.

01

Confidential Health Intake

Answer detailed questions about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and health goals.

All information is encrypted and handled in accordance with privacy regulations.

02

Clinician Evaluation

A licensed healthcare provider reviews your intake to determine whether treatment is appropriate, considering contraindications and your overall health profile.

Not all patients qualify. Treatment decisions are based on clinical judgment.

03

Prescribing Decision

If treatment is appropriate, your clinician prescribes a medication tailored to your specific needs. Selection, dosage, and formulation depend on clinician judgment.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prescribed only where lawful and clinically appropriate.

04

Discreet Delivery

Your prescribed medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to you in unmarked, discreet packaging.

Delivery timelines may vary based on pharmacy preparation and shipping logistics.

Erectile Dysfunction Is a Common Medical Condition

ED affects millions of men and can be associated with cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, hormonal changes, and psychological factors such as stress or anxiety. Seeking evaluation is a responsible health decision.

The appropriate course of action depends on your individual health profile, medical history, and the clinical judgment of your healthcare provider.

Medications That May Be Considered

Active ingredients such as tadalafil and sildenafil — well-studied PDE5 inhibitors — may be considered as part of a clinician-directed treatment plan. The final prescribed therapy depends on medical review and pharmacy fulfillment standards.

Important: Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Sovren does not make superiority claims, comparative efficacy claims, or claims regarding testosterone, hormone enhancement, or other unsupported ancillary benefits.
